David’s contemporary designs and shapes are influenced by traditional French and English country pottery. All of David’s functional and decorative pieces are made from stoneware, a clay that when fired to maturity becomes a sturdy, chip resistant material suitable for use in cooking, baking, storing liquids, as serving dishes or as decorative pieces. The pottery is durable and meant to be used, but because it is hand decorated each piece can be placed around the house to enjoy.

Hand decorated with a unique glaze developed by David, the solid blue, blue and cream stripes, and the blue flower pieces are designed to mix and match and to move without interruption from kitchen to dining room. This beautiful stoneware pottery distributes heat efficiently for even baking and browning. The pottery can be used in the microwave and the oven. It can also be used on the barbecue provided it is not used over direct heat. Each piece is glazed with a dishwasher and food safe glaze.
